The Annual Parish Church Meeting was held on Sunday 20^th April after the Solemn Mass.  The meeting was well attended and was the eighth which Fr. Paul had presided over since his appointment as the Incumbent of South Lynn.

The retiring Churchwardens,  Mr. Paul Norwood and Miss. Sonia Snasdell, who had served for six years, were replaced by Dr. Julian Litten and Mr. Ian Swinburn.

A ballot of all those nominated, in order to select representatives to serve on the Parochial Church Council, resulted in the following persons being elected:

• Mr. Paul James Norwood
• Mr. Nick Kerrison
• Mr. Daniel Gibbins
• Mrs. Barbara Blacklock
• Mrs. Marion Swinburn 

During the Rector’s Report, Fr. Paul reflected over some of the events of the past year and also looked forward to the future development of the church and parish and extending his thoughts on the future mission and ministry of the church, supported by slides from the power-point presentation, which also included a video extract from the parish DVD which specifically describes part of the focus of the Church’s pastoral ministry.
